This Dataverse is an organized, long-term archive of the research outputs produced during my PhD at Nanyang Technological University (NTU). It curates the datasets, simulation code, experimental measurement files, figures, and supporting documentation underlying my work on RIS-assisted Terahertz (THz) wireless systems for 6G. Deposits are structured to enable transparency, reproducibility, and reuse, and may include: (i) processed and raw measurement data from sub-THz/THz characterization and beam-shaping experiments, (ii) MATLAB/Python scripts and notebooks for channel modeling, performance evaluation, and signal processing, (iii) CAD/design artifacts and parameter sweeps related to metasurface/RIS unit-cell development, and (iv) metadata, readme files, and version notes describing experimental conditions, assumptions, and evaluation settings. Where applicable, each dataset is linked to the corresponding publication or thesis chapter and includes sufficient context for other researchers to replicate the results or build upon the methods.
