Abstract: |
Code to reproduce inverse modelling results in the paper. There are 2 folders 1 - Compute velocities - Scripts in this folder are used to compute coral site velocities and test different hypotheses about how to best describe the timeseries 2 - Inverse models - nonlinear inverse models using an MCMC sampler to obtain the posterior distribution of locked, steadily creeping and/or SSE regions on the Sunda megathrust (this requires the unicycle library - https://github.com/jdpmoore/unicycle) |
