<p>Related data for publication: <strong>Nature-Based Solutions for Flood Risk Reduction: A Probabilistic Modeling Framework</strong></p> <p><strong>Model input data</strong> includes:</p> <ul> <li>Satellite-based flood extent maps for Monywa, Myanmar for flood events in 2002, 2003, 2007. Maps produced by Cloud2Street using MODIS satellite data. Meta-data document and explanation also included.</li> <li>Precipitation data for Chindwin river basin, Myanmar (2000-2015)</li> <li>Discharge data for Monywa gauge station</li> <li>Exposure data for Monywa area (agriculture, population exposed and buildings)</li> <li>Digital elevation model for Chindwin river basin, Myanmar</li> </ul> <p><strong>Model output data</strong> includes:</p> <ul> <li>18 flood simulation maps for Continued Deforestation Scenario (6 return periods and 3 points of the distribution of uncertain rainfall intensities)</li> <li>18 flood simulation maps for Forest Protection Scenario (6 return periods and 3 points of the distribution of uncertain rainfall intensities)</li> </ul>
