This dataset includes data required for reproducing figures 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 20, 21, and 22 in the paper. The data is presented in form of MATLAB figure files (.fig format). All data arrays (corresponding to line plots or contours) can be extracted from the .fig files.
