Abstract:

This dataset accompanies the article entitled "Effects of affective priming through music on the use of emotion words: Music primes on use of emotion words." S1 Dataset contains the complete data of the experiment, including participants' language background and questionnaire results. S2 Dataset contains the data of individual emotion words chosen. S3 Dataset contains ratings of words written in by participants as "other" options in the questionnaire. S4 Dataset contains the results on the emotional valence of the pictures used in the study. All data were collected by Rosabel Yu Ling Tay.
